On November 3rd, 2003, we embarked on an exciting journey as a New Horizons franchise, setting up shop in the same building we occupy today on Strand Street Great, right in the heart of Dublin. Our initial steps involved some of our team joining the UK operations, selling from there while we ramped up our local operations, facilities, and team. By January 2004, we were ready to deliver our first local training session, starting with Crystal Reports for a local financial company.

As we grew, so did our reputation. We quickly established ourselves as a premier training provider. By 2007, our courses had earned Microsoft Gold Partner Status and FETAC approval and recognition. Between 2008 and 2010, we expanded nationally, integrating the Galway and Belfast organisation into a single entity. In 2013, we broadened our capabilities by adding a Crestcom franchise, focusing on leadership skills. The year 2020 saw us open a New Horizons franchise in Belfast, which later moved to Slough and then merged with London during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2023, we unified our all of our training centers and operations under the name Nexus Human, with our headquarters located in Dublin, Ireland. Starting in to our first year as Nexus Human, we have proudly sponsored the 2024 External Learning Solution of the Year at the LPI Awards, reflecting our ongoing dedication to providing best in class training solutions. This was followed by attendance or sponsorship many events including Data Center World, Learnovation, Power Platform Day, AWS Cloud Day, CompTIA EMEA CON, and the Microsoft AI and Copilot Roadshows.

Our commitment to excellence has been recognised with numerous awards, including the New Horizons Newcomer Award in 2005, SFA Best Trainer in 2006, and Microsoft Training Partner of the Year for Ireland in 2012 and 2013. We were also shortlisted for the Tech Excellence Professional Development Award from 2017 to 2019 and received Global Top 50 Instructor Awards in 2012, 2019, and 2021.
